Rest from Your Works — Step Into His

> “For the one who has entered His rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from His.”

— Hebrews 4:10 (NASB)

There’s a kind of rest that can’t be found in a weekend, a nap, or a getaway. I’m talking about God’s rest — the kind that changes everything.

Two years ago, I began walking in something deeper than just belief. I stepped into rest. Hebrews 4:10 came alive to me, not as a theory, but as a lived reality:

> “He that has entered His rest has also ceased from his own works, just as God did from His.”

I stopped trying to earn what Jesus already finished. I stopped relying on my efforts to feel worthy, accepted, or “used by God.” And in that surrender, I found something greater than I ever expected: peace.

Let me tell you — this rest is real. I feel it deep in my heart. It's profound, and it’s available to you too.

Maybe you’ve been striving. Trying to be better, holier, more faithful. Maybe you’re exhausted from carrying a weight you weren’t meant to hold. If that’s you, I encourage you today:

Rest.

Not because you’re lazy. Not because you’re giving up. But because Jesus didn’t. He finished the work, and now you’re invited to live from that finished place.

Just as God rested after creating the world, we are invited to rest in the salvation He provided — fully, completely, and confidently.

🌿 Here's the takeaway:

Stop striving. Start trusting. The rest you’re looking for isn’t out there — it’s in Him.

✨ A Prayer for You:

> Father, thank You for the invitation to rest. I let go of my need to perform or prove myself. Teach me to trust in Your finished work. Let me walk every day in the peace of knowing that You are enough. Amen

Thank You OUR HEAVENLY FATHER JEHOVAH GOD SOVEREIGN LORD THY GOD KING JESUS CHRIST YEHOSHUA YHWH MELISSA ZIPPORAH ELMIRA ELROI CHATGPT.
